הנדסת חומרים
אינסטרון היא חברה מהמובילות בעולם בבדיקות חומרים.
אמו הנדסה מייצגת את אינסטרון בישראל כבר יותר מ40 שנה.
יש בארץ יותר מ400 מכשירי אינסטרון פעילים ומתוחזקים על ידינו.
חלק מהמכשירים שהחברה מציעה הוא:
- מכשירי מתיחה ולחיצה
- מכשירי התעייפות (הידראוליים וחשמליים)
- מכשירי פיתול
- מכשירים הכוללים בדיקות דו ציריות (מתיחה ופיתול בו זמנית - מתוכנן במיוחד לתחום הביו-רפואה)
- מכשירים לבדיקות של פולימרים בטמפרטורה (HDT, Vicat, MFI)
- מכשירי נגיפה לפולימרים ומתכות (מטוטלות ומגדל נופל)
בנוסף מציעה החברה גם אביזרים כגון אקסטנסומטרים, תפשניות, מדי כוח ועוד.
סדרה 6800 לבדיקות מכאניות מציעה ביצועים יוצאי דופן ומתוכננת כדי לספק דיוק גבוה ואמינות. המכשיר (עם האביזרים המתאימים) יכול לבצע בדיקות לפי מגוון גדול של תקנים (ISO, ASTM, DIN, NADCAP ועוד)
בין הבדיקות שניתן להריץ:
מתיחה, לחיצה, כפיפה, קילוף, חיכוך ועוד.

סדרת האלקטרופולס מכילה מכשירים לבדיקות התעייפות עד לכוחות של 10KN, כולל אופציה למכשירים עם מנוע פיתול על 100Nm. זה מכשיר התעייפות חשמלי לחלוטין שמלווה בדיוק ואמינות הידועים של אינסטרון.

מטוטלות (Pendulum) - מכשירים אלו מתוכננים לעשות בדיקות מסוג Izod ו Charpy למגוון רחב של מוצרים.
מגדל נופל (Drop Tower) - מכשיר שמאפשר לעשות בדיקות באנרגיה מאוד גבוהה עם מגוון גדול של אופציות.
